ALL TICKET SALES ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE. BY PURCHASING A TICKEY YOU AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING TERMS:

• No Refunds

We do not offer refunds for any reason, including but not limited to scheduling conflicts, personal emergencies or weather related issues. 

• Transfers

Tickets may be transferred to another person prior to the event date, subject to approval. Please contact us at info@bknthaa.com with the new attendee's name. 

• Event Changes

In the rare event of cancellation or rescheduling by the organizer, ticket holders will be notified via email and offered alternative options. 

• No Shows

Failure to attend the event for any reason is considered a no-show and is not eligible for a refund, exchange or credit. 

• Chargebacks and Penalties

Unauthorized credit card chargebacks are considered a breach of this agreement. If a chargeback is initiated without contacting us first to resolve any concerns, the purchaser will be held liable for the full ticket price, plus adminstrative fee of $250 per transaction and any additional legal/collections cost incurred. We reserve the right to pursue legal action or refer the matter to collections if necessary.
