Interested in being a vendor at the BKNTHAA BLOCK PARTY ... 

We'd love to have you participate in our 2nd Annual Event. 
Please review the City of Atlanta requirements below - 


All vending entrepreneurs wishing to sell prepared food items
in the City of Atlanta must obtain a mobile food unit permit or written approval from the
Fulton County Boards of Health.

The City of Atlanta requires food trucks have a health permit from the Fulton County Health
Department, a business license from the city, and a vendor permit from the Atlanta Police Department.
An inspection form from the Fire Department
will also need to be completed and on file with the city for the event.




POLICIES & REQUIREMENTS

"All Vendors Will Be Subject To Event Approval"

 

Pricing
 
Administrative/Application Fee - $50
(Application fee is included in total amount due)

Food Truck Vendor - $350

Retail Vendor - $250



A Non-Refundable $50 Administrative/Application fee is Required to Reserve Your Vendor Space. 
Full payment is due no later than July 21, 2025. 
All Sales Are Final - No Refunds on Deposits or Full Payment. 


We Will Limit the amount of Food Truck Vendors to assure a fair competitive marketplace. 
All vendor applicants will be accepted upon completion of payment and all required documents.
Once all requirements are met vendor's will receive invoice for payment and vendor certification approval. 
Approvals will be decided in order of documents received and completed in full. 


 

VENDOR SPACE

The week of August 10th through the August 16th,
all approved vendors will receive an email with instructions for the day of the event. 
Setup time will begin no earlier than 9:00 am and end at 11:00am sharp. 
No entry will be allowed after 11:00 am due to the event start time begins at 12 noon. 
Please make sure to have your vendor certification of approval for the event visible at your booth/food truck at all times. 

Food Trucks

Food trucks will have assigned parking spaces in the order of arrival; to get the best space it is imperative to arrive early. 
Please make sure that you have all necessary equipment to facilitate your needs at the park,
such as generator, table, chairs, signage, water, etc. 

Retail Vendor Booths

Retail vendors will be provided a preassigned 10"x10" area.
Please make sure that you have all the items you need to facilitate the sale of your merchandise.  
Make sure that the items you sell are the items described on your application. 
Please make sure you have all necessary items to facilitate your needs at the park -
tent, chairs, tables, signage, merchandise, etc. 
If you will require a generator, please make arrangements in advance - if you need assistance please contact us. 

We will not be able to provide access the day of the event, an additional fee may be incurred for these services. 

All Tents are to be secured with no less than a 10lb weight to assure they are stable
in the event of storm or strong winds.

Cancellations 

$50.00 Application/Administration Fee is Nonrefundable. 
All Deposits are Non-Refundable. 
All Payments are to be received no later than July 21th No Exceptions.
In the event that you have to cancel for any reason, you will not be refunded.
Please carefully consider your decision before you make your payment.  

Day of Event Itinerary 

Set Up Time 9:00 - 11:00 am
Event Time 12:00 Noon - 8:00 pm 
Clean up Time 8:00 - 11:00 pm
Park Closes @ 11:00 pm


Please make sure to arrive on time and have all necessary documents to assure a smooth entry.  
All vendors are responsible for clean-up of their designated area at the end of the event.  
Respect for one another is the key to ensuring success for all parties during the process of this event. 
Communication prevents misunderstandings. 

More information will be provided once application/administration fee has been received and approval for participation.
